
Ingredients
1 box funfetti cake mix
8 ounces light cool whip (from the refrigerator not frozen)
1 cup vanilla yogurt
sprinkles optional (recommended, I use about 1/4 cup)
Animal crackers for dipping π¦ π π
Instructions
In a large mixing bowl add the box of cake mix, cool whip and vanilla yogurt. Stir well with wooden spoon until fully combined.
Cover with plastic wrap or cling wrap and put in refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
Add in some sprinkles and serve with animal crackers. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.

Heat treating the cake mix
If you’re worried about bacteria in raw flour, you can easily heat treat it by spreading it on a baking sheet and toasting at 350Β°F for 5 minutes. After cooling, proceed with the instructions provided above.
Please be aware that the sprinkles in the funfetti cake mix may change color or melt and spread. However, don’t worry – this can be a great opportunity to add extra sprinkles! π

Any edible rainbow sprinkles can be used. My favorite are the β365 Rainbow Sprinklesβ from Whole Foods. I will update the post with a photo at the bottom β€οΈ
